About Kane

A familiar face, not a call centre

Hi, I'm Kane, a Lincoln-based IT professional with years of hands-on experience, from completing a local IT apprenticeship right through to managing critical systems for large corporations. I've worked with Managed Service Providers, supported business networks, and solved problems that most people never see coming.

I moved to Lincoln in the summer of 2025 and quickly noticed something that bothered me: everyday people (families, retirees, anyone who just wants their laptop to work) were being stung with huge bills for fixes that should cost a fraction of the price. No explanations, no transparency, and definitely no friendly face on the other end.
